I've worked in user centred design for pretty much most of my adult working life, I just didn't realise it...

 

My first job was at a fish 'n' chip shop in my hometown in Norfolk, I learned how to make things tasty!

 

Then more customer service roles beckoned, until university in London. After that I worked in public sector where I discovered Customer Experience and UX design and it's importance in day-to-day for everyone.

 

The rest is history but my constant drive is to deliver for the user and the business - a balancing act which has never stopped for me.
